Hyatt Place Pasadena

Great location, very comfortable, nice size as expected, clean and very nice staff.

I liked: 1) ease of check-in and that the room was ready when we arrived 30 minutes early. 2) that they honored my request for a room on a lower level 3) the breakfast was amazing 4) the waters each day (when a member of the reward program) 5) showers were nice and beds comfortable

Decent hotel well situated in Pasadena with good, secure albeit expensive parking. Our check in was very efficient and they happily stored our bag securely at our early arrival and after check out. A special mention to Chris : the happiest, most polite and efficient front desk staff member I can ever remember : thank you Chris!

The hotel has the modern and fresh feeling and look. Room was always clean and the other areas as well. Breakfast was really and quite complete. Staff at the reception was really nice and very helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Hyatt Place as we were evacuated from our house due to the Eaton fire. The staff was so welcoming and provided a space for our fellow evacuees to gather, share stories and in many cases, grieve the loss of their homes. In addition to welcoming people, there were so many dogs, all doing their best to behave well. I commend the hotel for being so welcoming and open during this stressful time.
